First project of the year

I'm just about done with my first project for 2011.  The book design is insipred by a book that Laura Denison of Following the Paper Trail designed.  If you don't know who she is, you must visit her blog at Following the Paper Trail .  She is fabulously creative and has some of the best ideas I've seen.  Check out her utube and ustream channels as well.

I used a kit we have in the store from Fancy Pants so everything goes together nicely.  The line is called "My Family" and it come with 12x12 papers, buttons, tags, brads, transparencies, and more.   he book is 9x5 and each page is a pocket (not done with those tags yet).  There is also a pocket on the front of each page and a flip up pocket page for an additional photo or journaling.  The backside of each page is photo mat/journaling space.
